I know that there is already a 15mm Zulu thread going but I'm specificaly interested in those from Irregular and Lancashire.

Any comments at all on size, poses, etc gratefully recieved.

I'm aware that both manufacturers have significat size diffences in their 15mm ranges so an indication of big or small would be good.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I have a Lancashire packs (60 figures for 15 squids) and I thought they were fine for my purposes. My only downside (To me at least) was that they are quite thin fellows (Thin ankles) so I had to be careful in case I snapped the poor lad off his base. Apart from that the Lancashire pack was good value (Bought in 2010 I think) and the figures had some good varied poses. Lancashire are having their sale at the moment.

I thought I had some pics on my blog but I cant find them sorry.

Cheers Dr Jackson.

Lancashire seem to have moved to a new harder metal recently so they should be much more forgiving. I have several of the big packs to mix in with my Essex figures, which they do quite well. Irregular are stockier than either but I am happy to mix them in.

I also have the Lancashire Zulus. Fit very well with the Minifigs Zulus. Nice mix of poses which fit and compliment well.
Good value good service.

The riflemen are proportionally larger than the rest.

Well I've got them and I really like them. They will fit very well with my Peter Pig (Sudan) British. Who knew! Thank you TMPers.

Anyone know which other Lancashire figures are this size of 15mm? I'm presuming the British are.

I got the Royal Marines. I feel they are proportionally bigger. Not quite 18/20mm but I feel they are. And I know it's just a feeling, hard to quantify.
But they are nice figures

Ah that's worth knowing. Thanks.
