The second game of the Déjà vu weekend set Rich Kroupa's Huns against my Anglo Irish.

Well Holy God!

What happened afterwards? Did the Huns settle in Ireland? Because if they did there are still some of them left.

Though wide open and grassy, Ireland is a little small for the Huns, so they opened a couple of Shawarma franchises and moved on.

History is a little fuzzy on this point. As the Irish never admitted defeat, many books fail to acknowledge this battle. Most of the Hunno-Gaels immigrated to the New World. Today, high concentrations can be found in Boston's Financial District spoiling for a drunken brawl each weekend and feuding with one another in the deepest vales of West Virginia. Moonshiners still frighten their children with stories of Attila, the Scourge of the Wee People.

I thought you meant Rangers fans! Which in fact makes it a plausible scenario, except that they're usualy too drunk to ride horses.

For those who are not reasonably local or in the know: "Huns" is pejorative slang for those who support said Glasgow football club…
