Thanks to Henry Hyde for continually great customer service both with Battlegames (I was a pdf subscriber) and now Miniature Wargames – he really helped me out after I experienced some severe difficulties recently. Buy with confidence!

Hmmm, I shall wait to see what happens with my enquiries. Finally managed to send an e-mail on Friday despite a site that needs infinite patience to navigate, and not a dicky bird since .. so confidence in abeyance…

To whom have you sent an email? And what about? If it's to do with paper subscriptions, that's Warners; if it's the digital edition, that's Exact Editions; and advertising is handled by Media Shed. I'm afraid your comment does not shed any light on what I've got to do with whatever you're compalining about. All the relevant email addresses and phone numbers are given in the magazine itself every month.
