I am happy to announce that we have added the Earth Force hover tank up on the site.
and here is it is!
You can see it here: Rebelminis.com
This awesome paint job is from John Treadaway. Many of you know John from the miniature forums and as one of creators of the Hammer's Slammers game. We decided to do some hover craft after Mark Ryan (Yes, I blame you Mark :) ) suggested we look into playing the game. We have the book and we are in the process of putting together a game. Stay tuned and we'll get some pics. If you want to read more about the game, check out : link As Always, Thanks! |

Thanks Mike: you're too kind – that (for me) was an attempt at some subtle, one colour camo shading. I'm out of practice with 'subtle'
I look forward to your game shots!! John T |

Nicely done. Where did that transfer come from? Yup, blame me; but you'll never look back
it's a great game. |

Mark It's a test I've done with some 'print it out myself' ones for the Compaigne De Barth. The slightly ragged edge is because it is a 'print and then cut with a scalple' job. Which is why I like 'proper' decals,if possible! On the positive side, it was some of the ones I am intending to chuck in Ainsty's direction for suggestions as to the sheets of decals we have been discussing. John T |

A nice vehicle. The dual turrets add some interesting possibilities. -Eli |

What's also clever is the way that the turrets sit on top of the cuppola so that – if you don't want one (or even both) of the turrets – you have a perfectly serviceable cuppola and hatch sculpted underneath with no requirement for the modeller to start thinking about blanking off turret rings and so forth. A nice – very nice – piece of model design, I have to say. John T |

To me, that has the feel of a blower---not too high off the ground as some I have seen. And Mr. Treadaway, you may be out of practice with Mr. Subtle, but you have more than a passing familiarity with his brothers, Understated and Delicate. Nice job! |

Thankyou for your kind words pzIVh43. On blowers, the great thing about the Slammerverse is that there are loads of forces using regular, fabric skirted hover vehicles. There are lots of choices in the books/rules. John T |

Looking forward to more of the decals
if he prints them I will buy them. I think I've got some of those in my to paint pile
tagged for additional reinforcements. |

Do the comanche turrets fit on the rum v turret ring? |

Those turrets would make it a pretty neat fire support vehicle. |

Those turrets belong on a star cruiser
