The last three weeks the designers, that is Thomas and I, has been showcasing the game at the Crisis wargame show in Belgium. Crisis was enormous and filled to the brim with beautiful games on both display and as demos. For us it was somewhat less interesting as a showcase than Tactica in Hamburg last winter as it was only one day and many people came more for the shopping opportunity (with about 100 dealers) than to play games. We however got a lot of interest for the game and got to play three good demo games with some good people from Holland and Germany.
Saga – Beautiful terrain made from teddy fur
The long tired trip home to Denmark took 11 hours and included running out of Diesel on the autobahn because we talked too much to keep a watch on the fuel gauge
This weekend we visited the DFF historical wargame Con held at the Museum of Miltary History in Copenhagen. Beautiful setting in an old armory among displays of military equipment and weapons through the ages.. We had a fun an bloody early 1917 game with outdated pushers meeting the new cadre of Albatros fighters
Thanks to Bo from the Danish boardgame website Papskubber.dk (cardboard pusher) for the great pics
Watch out for this venue the coming years if you are into historical miniatures wargaming. |

Looks like it was a lot of fun. You guys in Europe really do have some fantastic wargaming conventions. |
