It comes close, but fails utterly. The boxy fore castle and hideously bland wheelhouse on top of it is the main thing that makes it totally ugly instead of kitschy. The stern seems to follow a traditional sailing ship's lines just fine. |

Have to agree. I like the bottom one. That large, modern one, with all the boats on the side looks like it could hold a crew big enough to take down a nuke carrier, if you could disable it somehow, or catch it in port. Night boarding action anyone? They'll never see it coming. |
