The 4th of November is the remembrance day and the Armed Forces day in Italy.

Some words to remember it.

In our blog link also the third part of our painting guide for our 28mm Caesarian Romans…

I never knew that the Italian Remembrance Day is commemorated on a different day to ours (UK). Thanks for the link.

"Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them."

That is interesting. You just assume that the Armistice of 11th November applied to all the participants of the Great War!

Why the difference? I'd be keen to learn some more about this – did the War finish earlier for the Italians?

@Royal Marine, the Armistice with Austria-Hungary started the 4th so this is the reason.
Obviously the Italian units on the other fronts continued to fight until November 11thgrin
