The other day I was in Homebase, a UK DIY chain, when I spotted Dulux Colour Sample sheets. Now these were a godsend for me as I'd bought 100's of 30mm wide MDF bases then decieded to go with 60mm bases. So faced with the prospect of sticking 4 bases on to magnetic sheets and hoping they didn't lift so sticking another sheet on top. I was in despair.
Until I saw these so armed with a MDF base painted with the block base colour, Crawford & Black Sap Green off to Homebase. Near as damnit was Tuscan Glade 1. Sheets were 25p each and A4 size and on a 3 for 2 offer so 12 sheets £2.00 GBP
There must be easy 80 shades available so hopefully be of some use. Oh and the card seems heavier than 80gsm
Least now the joins between my bases will be covered and stuck with PVA a bit Firmer and I don't have to paint 100's of bases.
