Anyone has read those books? If the answer is yes, comments? "The first book of Day by Day Armageddon took us deep into the mind of a military officer and survivor as he made a New Year's resolution to start keeping a journal. The man kept his resolution and brought to us the fall of humanity, day by day. We see the man transition from the life that you and I live to the prospect of fighting for his very survival against the overwhelming hordes of the dead. We see him bleed, we see him make mistakes, we witness him evolve. The highly anticipated sequel to the bestselling underground cult classic, Day by Day Armageddon begins where the first novel left off. BEGIN INTERCEPT Armies of undead have risen up across the U.S. and around the globe;there is no safe haven from the diseased corpses hungering for human flesh. But in the heat of a Texas wasteland, a small band of survivors attempt to counter the millions closing in around them. INTERCEPT COMPLETE Day by day, the handwritten journal entries of one man caught in a worldwide cataclysm capture the desperation--and the will to survive--as he joins forces with a handful of refugees to battle soulless enemies both human and inhuman from inside an abandoned strategic missile facility. But in the world of the undead, is mere survival enough?"

I have them in my hand as I type, I've read both and would really recommend them to anyone. I just dont like the absolute end in the second book, apart from that the guy's a hero (main character) and it really is worth a read, anyone else think so too? |

The first was great, one of my favorites. The second was not bad, but not as good as the first. The third I just could not finish :( |

I read the first two and liked them, never got around to the third. These zombie tales off of kindle are a guilty pleasure of mine. |

First was great. Second was a snooze fest. I just didn't feeel the danger like in the first. Didn't even know he made a third. |

the helicopter crash and waking up in the half submerged copilot seat with his "reanimated" friends was amazingly terrifying |

There was a first book, second book, and the 'third' one is a combo of the first two (Called 'Origin to Exile') so not really a third book there, there actually a proper third book following on from the second one? Monster Island was another series I read, it was OK, but not entirely my kind of zombies, although I loved Z A Recht's 3 books starting with Plague of the dead, very cinematic and linear and would be a great B or poor A film IMO, A |

I've read the first two
the first was excellent, the second was so-so. I haven't read the third one, but I haven't heard good things. |

Guys seriously, what's the title of the third book? All I could find was that the 'Third' was just a combination of the first two, what's the 3rd book's title/name? Cheers, A |

I liked both books very much. The first one was better than the second, but that is often the case with any series. Avoid "Monster Island" series, simply terrible. So bad on so many levels, from the author having AK-47 rounds are low velocity so they don't go all the way through a brain to mummys from Egypt coming back to life to lead an army of undead. Yes, it is that bad. Also avoid "Down the Road". The ending was unique, but the story is just awful. "Eden" is fantastic as is "White Flag of the Dead" series. |
