Nice! And the real ones all had double Lewis guns to the rear. A metal airplane with twin rear guns, in formation, who is going to take that on alone? Nobody I ever heard of!…

Those look great!

Agreed Great War Ace, The Breguet 14 is somewhat underrated in the air war games i know off, but it was technologically very advanced with lots of aluminum in the construction= Very rugged. Dual controls, fast, reliable, heavily armed with twin rear guns (recon version= single rear lewis) all off which ensured a higher survivability, than say the contemporary DH-9 and DH-4s.

Add to the a very large bomb payload and the fact that it was produced in vast numbers.

And then those diabolical Frenchmen added a Caudron R-11 to ride shotgun on their Breguet 14 formations, and made things even harder still on any German fighters that tried to get between the Breguets and their designated targets…evil grin

And often mixed in a bunch of SPAD. S.XIIIs on top of the Caudrons just to add insult to injury.

The disparity in production capacity must have been disheartening for the Germans by 1918. The Materialschlacht really had set in.

I'm more amazed every time I see a new 3D printed miniature like this. They are beautiful!
