Hi all just a note to say how much I am looking forward to tomorrow. With friends coming over for the day, we are playing a game project I have been working up to for the last twelve months. Vimiero in 18mm at an approximate figure scale of 1:30

The terrain is finished and the troops are just waiting for their orders, and I will be posting a report on how things turn out. This is the first time I have had all the forces out together and this will be the largest Peninsula game run too date, so it will definitely be a day of firsts.

Cheers guys,

Hey Mike, I hope you'll post pics of the Plataea game.

Hi Steve, I use the word catering in the loosest sense as Carolyn is out so the food will be down to Tom and me. Still the game should be good!
See you tomorrow.

JJ superb! I have question which terrain mat did you choose from terrainnmats and did you do anything extra to them to get that look? Many thanks.

That looks lovely. It will be good to see the action!

carojon18 Oct 2013 1:42 p.m. PST

Hi MM the mat is Green Steppe. The table design is the key to the look. The frame is designed to make the mat hug the contours. Hope that helps.

You know I'm absolutely sold on these terrainmats , certainly space savers and look great. Many thanks for providing info JJ.
