link Great book. Occurs after his First Law Trilogy but it's pretty much a standalone with a few characters from previous books popping up. A real bargain at this proce. |

Yes, read the hard copy. Good fun book. If you liked David Gemmell books then you should like Joe Abercrombie. |

I have completed the First Law, books, and am now just about done with Best Served Cold, I have Red Country, in the wings, and should be picking up The Heroes today. Now I will say I am going through them in audiobook, but love every minute of them. I did take a break between the First law and BSC, as I did not know what BSC was about. I made a mistake, and should have crashed through them all! Great book, great spin on Fantasy, if though they are low magic, but that is made up for by war. |
