Just wanted to publicly express my appreciation of both the customer service and quality of figures I've received from Andy (at Old Glory UK) and Sash & Saber figures. I really appreciated that, when I contacted Andy to make an order to start my ACW collection, he took the time to chat about what I was actually looking for and then offered some very sound advice. Thanks to that I'm now the proud owner of some excellent Sash & Sabre figures and am very happy that I've made a far better decision (after chatting with Andy) than I was originally intending to make. For me, this really is customer service and has assured both Andy (and Sash & Sabre) of my future custom. I'm sure Andy's not on his own in this regard and perhaps we customers should express our appreciation more often when busy people take time out to genuinely help us out in, what is these days, a quite complicated wargaming world. Thanks again Andy. |
