After two bigger club games i decided to take a smaller effort to the club this week and since Vietnam is a popular subject at the club it was time to get the 15mm stuff out for this one.

How do you find Cold War Commander for Vietnam? Does it capture the flavour of the period?

I was going ask if you used the skirmish rules but realized that the skirmish rules are only in FWC

Considering how easy the rules are to pick up they do seem to capture the period quite well. There are extensive lists for each conflict covered so they are easy to adapt. At some point i will try them out for the 6 day war as its something i have wanted to do for decades but never got round to.

Yes we just use centimetres instead.
