What ACW Personalities would work in "the 'Verse" of Joss Whedon-it was based on 'Killer Angels'.

These two would feel at home on a remote planet with their own homestead.

The Unusual Bunker Brothers. Chang and Eng Bunker are best known as "the original Siamese Twins." Natives of Siam (modern Thailand) and joined at the sternum, they became a popular attraction with traveling museum exhibitions.In 1839, they bought 110 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina and settled down. They married sisters, built a successful farm (with slave labor) and became naturalized citizens and devoted Confederates. In 1865, Union General George Stoneman raided North Carolina and decided to draft some of the locals, regardless of sympathies; the names of men over 18 were put into a lottery wheel. Eng's name was drawn, but he resisted the draft. Since Chang's name was not drawn, there was little General Stoneman could do; the brothers were not only joined at the sternum, their livers were fused. Neither one served in the war, but their eldest sons both enlisted and fought for the Confederacy.

Nathan Bedford Forrest – a "bad" Browncoat, known for his unethical wartime leadership and currently running a low-level terrorist network aimed at destabilizing Alliance control over the outer planets.

Phillip Sheridan – an Alliance general who is constantly meddling with the affairs of several rim planets, believing them not to have sufficiently rehabilitated and accepted Alliance rule.

Joshua Chamberlain – a former Alliance general and current governor of a rim planet. Recognized as highly principled and fair, he tries his best to govern impartially, despite the often-anatagonizing actions of local Alliance commanders and the rough-and-tumble settlers.

Braxton Bragg as a "reconstructed" Alliance officer, wearing two hats, fighting administrative wars against himself. Think Gollum in the LOTR movies.

I have the whole Serenity / Firefly crew in 15mm to include in my ACW forces.
