A long time ago (2009 to be exact) on a forum far far away (the unfortunately now defunct Rattrap Speakeasy) a group of eager industrious players started world building.

Playing off of one of the game's central heroes – Griff Ingram – they started devising scenarios based on the princesses of Sedona V and Ingram's heroic attempt to rescue them.

The storyline quickly grew into 8 scenarios (one for each princess and a finale). The stories were way too much fun not to collect them and release them as a whole.

And since Disney in their infinite wisdom decided that anything with the word Princess in the title won't sell…well I guess we are going to give it away.

The book runs close to 40 pages and is chock full of pulpy fun-ness and you can find it here…

Plus, if you have wanted to give Fantastic Worlds a try but never got it, now is the time. If you purchase either of the supplements (Planet X or The Galacticon) at full price, you can get the original at 50% off. The offer only applies to PDF downloads and you will need to use the coupon code 'trippingfantastic' to receive it.

Id really like to have the scrnarios BUT…

The website is useless to me.

Ive magnified it to 200% and view it on a 42" hdtv screen.

still cant read it.
What imbecile uses 6pt grey type on a white background?

Star Commander06 Oct 2013 8:50 a.m. PST

That imbecile would be me and thank you so much for calling it to my attention.

I've converted all the body text to black to make it easier to read. As far as the size of the font, it is pretty common to websites and is at 10pt, not 6.

If you still have trouble viewing the site, let me know and I'll be glad to email you the scenarios.

Interesting concept, very clever. Is the following a typo?

From Product Description:

The decision has been made and the call goes out:
"Send for Grif Ingram!"
However the book image bears the title Griff Ingram, with 2xF. Which is right?

jpattern206 Oct 2013 10:03 a.m. PST

I downloaded it. The whole scenario looks pretty cool. Nice work!

In the actual adventure, every reference is to "Grif" with one F except two instances of "Griff" with two Fs.

Are there photos of the rest of the cast of characters anywhere, or at least miniature call-outs?

RavenscraftCybernetics06 Oct 2013 2:39 p.m. PST

I made it through the shopping cart after about an hour of scrunchung my face in my tv screen and pivoting back and forth to my laptop.
got the link but it wont download.
sorry about the imbecile comment but that particular shopping cart was extrenely frustrating.
I'll keep trying the limk a few more times.

Griff Ingram should have counted the "f"s in his name before he met the 7 Azure Princesses of Sedona V!

Grif Ingram08 Oct 2013 4:21 a.m. PST

Ahem! As the namesake of Star Commander Grif Ingram (and believe me, he's a lot braver, thinner and with better hair than me!) I should explain that my given name is Griffith, which has, as you can see, two "f"s. Griff Reese-Jones spells his name with two "f"s also, but I spell the diminutive form with just the one "f". I was lucky not to get the Old Welsh form of "Gruffydd" – pronounced just the same, and don't try to work out Welsh pronunciation, or you'll go space-case. Apparently, my dad insisted, after I was born, "His name's Griffith, and he's got to be called Griffith!" and then, he was the first one to call me Grif…So, in short, it could be said that both spellings are correct!
