Xyston 1:600. A great size for this kind of thing. The ships are a nice size (two and a half inches long x 1 inch wide with the oars) and have a nice chunky weight and feel – which is useful when everything gets pell mell.

I'm not sure if it still is, but if Polybius' figures are to be believed it involved over 670 ships and 290,000 men (about 430 per ship). So probably…
