Thanks for sharing. I have been curious about the LOTR Battle Boards you were using. They sound well designed.

Well from what we could tell, the creator mostly shuffled around existing abilities to try and make boards that evoke the characteristics of the faction he/she/they wanted to represent. So that helps keep them from being to overpower-full.

Now obviously Saga is in many ways like one of the 2d Fighting Games (Street-Fighter etc). If you can pull of specific combos of abilities they can be crushing. But all factions have such combos. I did not feel the boards were overpowered, but I did not have chance to try all combos.
