I was reviewing my newly purchased copy of MA:F and had a question pop at me right away…

On page 11, specifically the diagram: should the base not move in the other direction? It looks like the description and the picture are not in sync.

Also on page 13 (magic), apart from lightning bolt and fireball, what is the range of the spells? and is there any real difference between LB and FB?

I agree that the diagram looks incorrect.

No difference between the two spells.

Range is 5 inches.

Which picture? I am at work, so I can't see…

Range is 5 inches on fireball and lighting(shooting spells) but the others are line of sight…

So if range is line of sight, targeting something from one corner of the board to the opposite corner could have fun results if done correctly! :)
