I found on youtube an english dubbed version of Sandokan, it is one of the most famous italian TV production from the 70', adapted from a novel by Emilio Salgari.

The miniseries is very well know in Italy, in Germany and in some other countries but it seems virtually unknown in english speaking ones. I think many TMP members will enjoy it :)

Thank you – I might take a look. I've only ever seen it dubbed into Czech.

And I having spent some of my formative years in Italy can attest to the popularity through the 1970s when we used to play act. Guess who Sandokan was?

I watched Sandokan in Italy in 1976 visiting my family there. I still have my Sandokan sticker book. In Italian of course.
