That was too cool! My first kits in the USA were Monogram. Airfix came soon after though. Still build them today almost 40 years later.

I love James May's Toy Sories. Another good one was where they wanted to fly a toy balsawood glider across the English Channel!

His 'Manlab' series also has some bonkers stuff in it!
