Does anyone know of any boardgames covering Caesar's conquest of Gaul and invasion of Britain, and the Roman conquest of Britain, suitable for use as the basis of a miniatures campaign? Regards |

Go to boardgamegeek.com and search on "Gaul", you'll see several. Then look for "Caesar". To pick up the rest search on "Alesia" and various spellings of Boudica. Plenty of starting places! |

I think Columbia Games' block game would work well. There is this from Worthington: link although I have not seen or played it. Vae Victus just released a version in their magazine, also: link . |

Is there a block game for the conquest of Gaul? I know there's a Caesar vs Pompeii block game, I've played that several times. Some of that fighting takes place in Gaul, but Gaul has been conquered by that time. |

Yeah, I guess you better search on "Gallic" and "Vercingetorix", too. |

This is my favorite boardgame for Caeasar's Gallic Wars: link link It only includes Britannia peripherally, however. |
