I'm very happy to see a range of Moche and Chimu. Not sure about the macuahuitl the top two warriors are using. They are a meso-American weapon. This is a better example of Moche weaponry. link (I apologise, I did this some while ago and all the links seem to be broken.) link While you can get plenty of iconography of Moche warriors, the Chimu are a different matter, but certainly clubs, maces, atl-atl and slings, like the Moche, were used. So please, don't use the obsidian swords. Unless you have evidence that I have never seen. Thanks,

This is as good a reconstruction as it gets for a Chimu noble.
The club is a little too big, but the right shape. Guards
This is an excellent image
He holds a club in one hand, and a tumi knife in the other. His helmet plumes are very similar to those of the guards in one of the other images above. Hope this helps,

In the DBMM Chimu army list there are also Tallanes and Conchoco troops. Will you release also figures for these troops? |

The main source for the Tallanes and Conchuco troops in the DBMM list is a Slingshot article from 2004. This has drawings of a couple of Tallanes warriors in copper-strip armour. |
