Shapeways designer Dragoman now offers several large Chinese airplanes in 6mm. They include the Shaanxi Y8 transport (essentially an An-12), an ECW version of the same airplane, and a Harbin SH5 ASW flying boat. You'll find pictures at link The models are simple scale-ups of their 1/1200-scale counterparts done by request. They're not as sophisticated as models created in 1/300 but still very acceptable.
