Been playing a bit of Pulp Alley just lately. Finally got around to making some notes and taking some pictures of our last game.

The game we played was based on one of the scenarios in the book, but using my Geezers figures was set in a non pulp environment.

Anyway, here's the link – link

Enjoy.

Nice port over to a different era. I think the rules would be quite adaptable to lots of settings. I've already played a couple of games between 40k inquisitors and cultists and it felt like a fine fit.

Also contemplating some medieval horror – interested to see how the rules work in a predominantly hand-to-hand environment.

Bill.

Nice! I had wondered what would be a good rules set for Cops & Robbers style skirmishes. By the way, who makes the Geezers?

I love the Geezers, but as a lad from small town America, I know very little about the milieu. Can anyone recommend some background reading or (available online or in the US) video?

Cool leagues! I hope everyone had a good time. :) What scale are your miniatures in?

The Geezers are a 28mm figure range based on characters from 1970s UK & US TV. They have figures based on characters from UK TV shows such as The Sweeney, The Professionals & Life on Mars. Episodes of The Sweeney can be found on Youtube.

BTW The Sweeney is cockney rhyming slang for The Flying Squad, a branch of the Met Police specialising in tackling armed robbery and violent crime in London.

Also, there's characters from Starskey & Hutch and Dirty Harry, but the range is predominently UK orientated.

Belated thanks, Norrins. I'll take a look!
