Anyone else buy into the kickstarter? Have you received your copy yet? See it at the recent Gencon? Thanks, Brian |

I have the original boxed set, is this one different? |

I kick myself for not getting a hold of the original. I had a large collection of Call of Cthulu stuff but never grabbed that one for some reason. |

I bought into the kickstarter. The book has not shipped yet though they had some printed material to look at. I talked a bit with the editor at his stand and I believe the extra wait will be worth it. This one will be very different. From Mark's kickstarter post: The 1991 book was 123,000 words, with 13 scenarios and background for the 1920s train. The 2013 manuscript is 345,000 words, with 19 scenarios and background for the 1920s, 1890s, modern and Dreamlands trains, as well as new 1920s articles and a standalone booklet for players only. All of the existing scenarios have been expanded with new scenes, more player options, new information flow, new Keeper advice, expanded 1923 historical background and superb new city maps from Steff Worthington (in both player and Keeper versions). The brand-new scenarios enhance the campaign back story, necessitating further editorial. Partway through we confirmed that we would publish in 7th edition. |

I hate that I missed out on the kickstarter. Any word as to when this will be made available for retail? |

I've emailed them twice, asking for a projected date of release. They haven't the courtesy to reply in any form. I'm an account holder on their site, so this goes directly to them. I'm glad I didn't invest in the new edition. |
