Interesting comments on the rules. Sounds as if no one edited/proof read before publication. How did you find the game played/flowed? |

Hi Thomas We enjoyed the game finding the rules flowed well and had inherent systems for orders, moves, combat and shooting that work fine. The typos etc were an annoyance (the firing Cav much more so) but nothing we couldnt work out amicably/satisfactorily. Seems the QRS has some entries from a beta of rules that were not edited out. As I said though not really a set that improved much over other sets we have tried such as Age Of Reason. Just an diffrent option Variety is after all the spice of life so they tell me |

I have played it a bunch. The rules do need a second edition with better editing. The charge procedure was a little confusing, but you can always default to General De Brigade procedures as they are based on them (or Guns at Gettysburg or British Grenadier.0 We wrote up our own clarifications & they have worked well.
