Ok, I got a blister pack of 8th Army yesterday for my 6mm crossfire project and I was wondering if there is anywhere that I can get single strips for the heavy weapons as I don't need 70 odd mortars, lmgs, or hmgs for this set of rules. I would also like only one or two tanks, afv for these forces as again crossfire is more infantry based. Any ideas would be appreciated. |

Best bet is the Marketplace here. Not sure anyone sells bits but GHQ just might sell you a custom assortment; you never know. Personally, I prefer Ros for infantry. |

GHQ will sell you replacement parts – individual tank bodies or turrets, and individual infantry strips. I have purchased replacement parts this way multiple times. Bert |

I've done the same as BW1944, the only catch is they won't do it during their major sales, which is currently running to the 19th. I used it to get PIATs without another million LMGs and some single command tanks. May do it after this sale to get some parts to make Taiwanese Brave Tigers. |

Buy Adler figures instead. I find that they are more detailed and have a better mix of poses. The biggest benefit of all is you can order the support weapons in reasonable numbers and not have tonnes of useless figures left over. The usual caveat of whether the Adler over-sized heads will bother you applies. I find like their look. I have found a use for some of those extra MG and mortar crews. I've applied snippers and knife to a few of them so that they become crew for some of my open topped vehicles. |
