Does Perry have a Afghan Wars line? Or are these figures repainted Sudan range?

Nathan, want to PM you but you're not a member. Would you mind dropping me a line at my email to discuss. Had some questions for you regarding figs, etc.

I'm at brianjenglish AT gmail DOT com

thanks!

Where did you get those Afghan Guard figures? Your table and figures are exquisite. Oh by the by what rules were you using for your game?

Dave,

The Afghan Guard Highlanders are from Wargames Foundry. I managed to pick them up last year when the re-released the range, since then however they seem to have gone again when the new site went up. The rules are a house set a friend of mine has writen up. We use them for all our colonial games, from Zulu Wars, Boer War, Sudan and of course NWF.

Hope that helps

Sadly, I can't find them on the Foundry site either. I'd love to try my hand at painting up a unit of those even though I am actually tasked with building the Anglo-Indians for my group for NWF evil grin

Thanks for the quick response.

Dave,

If you email Marcus Ansell at Wargames Foundry and tell him you would like to buy a number of Afghan Highland Guard, I believe he will track down the necessary packs, or cast up some new ones for you. It is at least worth the attempt. Over the past year he has been very helpful in providing heretofore unavailable Foundry figures to several colonial wargamers I know of, myself included. Last I heard, he was reachable via: Marcus@wargamesfoundry.com

I hope you find what you're looking for.
