The weather turned a bit for the better and I was able to apply a matte finish to some minis without worrying about the finish clouding. I expect I'll be posting individual pictures of the minis as time permits. All the minis are 1/200 scale, resin miniatures from Armaments in Miniature. Kevin

Nicely painted and looks like you've an awfully pleasant backyard as well! |

Great job. Love seeing the back yard full of planes. Phil |

Wow! That P-38 looks as big as the B-17 next to it! Imagine the impact of the(scaled-up) 40mm cannon and the 4 1.1" machine guns THAT would have! |

Thanks all. Capncarp, please forgive the distortion caused by the camera placement. I can assure you the planes look appropriately sized when placed adjacent to each other. There is no B-17. From Right to left the minis are: P-38D/E, A-26, B-25J, P-51B/C, B-24, SB-2, F2H, A-20G, P-51D, F3D. |

You're right, of course. And now I can see that it's an A-26 I had mistakenly interpreted as a B-17. But I'd still love to see a ground attack P-38 scaled up to that size! It would be a tank-bustin' fool! |
