My friend Tim Couper brought his 15mm figures all the way from England to run this game at Historicon, using FoB2. An unusual battle, in that it was fought at night!

Peter, Good looking game. Are the unit tags your own creation? |

Goodness, Peter, Tim actually got you to go Blue and Butternut! |

The figures are Tim's so any questions about the flags have to be directed to him. I acted as assistant GM on this side of the table. OK, well, I took over the Union troops there at the end of the game when the player had to leave. It is actually the second time I've played ACW with Tim's 15mm troops – once before in a Zouave game in 2010. I've twice started ACW armies in 15mm over my long career – and then stopped each time, because I just don't like painting 15's. Peter |

Ahhhhhhh
..FOB ACW. One of my favorite periods to game with my favorite rules! I do it in 1/72 in plastic and metal. I have about 700 painted figs so far. I love painting ACW figs. Wish I could have been there. Thanks, John |
