For the second game I ran on our Battle of Pensacola weekend, we had a fight in the trenches. This game was based on the daring raid the Crown forces made on May 4th, 1781. It was one of the few times that a complicated plan actually worked successfully. (Or at least mostly successfully)

The terrain is inspiring. |

The terrain is done the same way as before-old dyed sheet over styrofoam shapes. For the ditch I pinned the sheet down to the styrofoam lengths to get the steep sides. I ran this game the day after the previous Pensacola game so not a very difficult set up overall. Same sheet, same table – totally different look Thanks for the comments Mark |
