My friend Mike and I put on two ACW games at this past Historicon. I think the games went very well and want to thank the great players we had and the support and sponsorship from Architects of War. Here are the links to the battle reports link link The first battle involved a Union raid to capture or sink a confederate ironclad. The outcome of this raid would impact the second game which was more of a set piece battle using the Black Powder ruleset |

Nice With refernce to Black Powder rules in your second game, what were the minor simplifications to facilitate convention play? I think that BP has great potential for multi-player and am curious as to what you changed. Thanks Mike |

This game was a great deal of fun! Even when I lost the ship. Just needed to get those swabbs to pay more attention to RDML Simms! Look forward to a follow up game from this crew at a future Con. Lost Pict |

LostPict, I was part of the Confederate crew that doubled down on your losses on Saturday. We were needlessly reckless, but, hey, if you're going down, do it with a Rebel yell and a charge! |
