Hello, As the title states, I am looking for the best 25/28mm Byzantine foot command models. Specifically standard bearers and musicians. Can be either Thematic or Nikephorian. What have you found found that you like? I've perused the usual suspect websites (magister militum, Old Glory, et cetera) and either their photos are inconclusive, or missing entirely.

Crusader stands above the rest. You can see some pics of Old Glory painted up on my blog: link I like the OG foot and their Clibanophoroi, but am not that excited about their other mounted. |

Don't over look "Gripping Beast" when it come to Byzantines, large range with some very nice Command figures. |

The very old Citidal are my favorite, followed by Partha. If I was startind Byz, I would think about Old Glory now. |
