I guess this could go here too…

I just bought in to the Robotech Kickstarter and although I have a bunch of Battetech stuff the maps are all made for hex play and are 2-D. In an effort to obtain more terrain at a cheap price I bought some felt and painted it with the stone texture paint from the local hobby store. The next step is to work on some hills and trees. Then some roads and rivers and then finally to make some of the dropshipcommander building and some paved city areas.

I'll post some pics so you can tell me what you think.
