Here's my first army for Mighty Armies Hyboria. I used the original Robert E. Howard books and Royal Armies of the Hyborian age as inspiration. link

I'm not familiar with the rules but I would have the Poitanians with a minimum of "0" and the regular mounted knights with a maximum of six (assuming six units of knights is the most that can be fielded in total).
