Has anyone takes the squad/company concepts from Sixty-One-Sixty-Five and imported them into Fantasy,so that youre actually playing units(warparties?)instead of individual characters? This would turn SoBH into a Saga-sized mass combat game, rather than very low level skirmish.I believe it would work easily,as so many Ganesha mechanics are interchangeable with some tweaks.Thoughts?

We do something like this with our home brew rules. You have distinct figures and abilities in the group, but unless special characters, all attacks are group on group.

We've not done that specific adaptation, but we have tried a 1000 point per side game. We simply allowed each player two fail-outs per turn and made sure to include a good number of leaders on each side. It was alot of fun.

We didn't have a squad mechanic, but most of the time we were trying alot of group activations with our leaders in order to keep our units together, so it had something of the same effect.
