Does anyone happen to know what's going on with those who pledged as part of the quickstarter?
As payment was taken out months ago, and I'm yet to receive email replies or a confirmation about my order.

Cheers

I am assuming you are talking about their Kickstarter? If so the funding was unsuccesful so no money was ever taken out.

smallfavour09 Jul 2013 11:26 a.m. PST

Sorry, I'm talking about the money sent afterwards, so we could still receive our pledges, which was via their website.

This is my best guess and I may be well of the mark. Pete at the Assault group has always been spot on and comes across as a man of few words who focuses on getting the product ready and doesn't overdo communication unless he's got something valid to announce.

My bet is something will be said on here or the website in a few weeks time to calm the nerves of everyone who's pledged a bit cash; I'm in for £175.00 GBP This will probably be once the infantry begins to be released. Cheers Pete

I saw a scattered newsbit/release to the effect they were scrambling to get figures actually done. My guess is that they are overlooking the niceties of communication in an effort to just complete the darn project.

All the greens were finished back by mid-June (according to the KS updates). No idea how long it takes to cast up, etc, but I would expect to hear something by end of July/beginning of August. I'm in for the same as Pete17. Nearly all KS seem to take longer than anticipated (I'm still waiting to hear on when my Reaper Bones will ship)frown

Has anyone had any luck applying their kick starter pledge as payment? Am I missing something on the web page? I've sent Pete a number of emails but have not received a response.

Any help?

The Tudors look fantastic.

I'm a huge fan of TAGs renaissance range; they're lovely figures that can be nicely mixed to give some truly individual-looking units, and the scale lends itself to a bit of head swapping and conversion too. For my part, they're some of the best on the market, being a happy combination of good casting, non-gigantic scale, a large range and plenty of command figures.

The processing of the orders is normally fantastic, as is the free postage and free miniature over a certain amount. That said, the delay in dealing with the post-Kickstarter renewed pledges is driving me crazy – and never receiving responses to emails hasn't helped. If I hadn't had so many other examples of great service and great products from TAG, this experience would have totally put me off.

Grandviewroad24 Jul 2013 6:17 p.m. PST

so far everything up to 436 is up. They look really great. I was thinking about using them as generic infantry for 80YW.

I ordered some cavalry to match my Warhammer Empire figures – I'm hoping these are 28mm for real, that was the impression I got posting, but now I think they probably are 25mm.

Just looked at the Assault Group web site, very impressive rang!

No sign of REN437 or REN438 are they still in the pipe line?

Where did you look for them?

A couple of days ago they announced a special deal on their weapon packs.
