Does anyone make infantry for the Korean War in 20mm or 25/28mm? My Google skills are lacking tonite. Thanks for the help.

1st Corps makes a few Chinese and British in 28mm.

IMEX have a small Korean War series with a box each for USA, PLA, ROK and NKPA, which constitute the Plastc Soldier Review's entire Korean War listing:

They are all pretty good sets, although let down by the occasional insane weaponry choice such as the Bren in the USA set and the AK-47 in the NKPA set. Obviously one could use late WW2 Americans infantry for the USA, too, and there's a bit of choice there. For Brits I think the nearest you'll get would be the Revell late WW2 set, who all wear the Mk III "turtle" helmet:
