Here is a 40mm Planet of the Apes wargame that I am playing. The figures are the old Graven Images figures that were from Monolith Designs sculpted by Jim Bowen.

Thanks for looking.

A super idea. Looks like you had fun. I've been looking to see something like your game for ages. Thanks.

Great wargame table, figures/paintwork, and photographs. Well done.

All well and good, but APE SHALL NOT KILL APE. What would the Lawgiver think?

Thanks to all. And I had trouble finding a 40mm human type that would work for me…still looking. So instead I came up with the Civil war idea. So I painted them up (the apes)in the deep purple and the others in the green like you see in the movies.

I also was searching myself for other POTA wargames, not many out there, at least posted on the internet.

Thanks for looking,
tom

I have been drooling for those graven images minis…always wanted to get tons…too bad he is on hiatus…I've been reading the same news on his website for several years…adding new codes frequently…my eye

Love the look…and scale making me cry

The minis are good, best out there at the time,….but I have found there are some new sculpts out there from different companies now…forgot their names. So there is hope. You can still go APE.
