I ran a slightly different Normandy game this year. It was a recon meeting engagement that takes place on D+1 between the 12SS and the 61st Recce Rgt
Plenty of light units with lots of firepower in some tight terrain.

And we see the benefits of not getting to move when you thought it would be a good thing.

The table looks great. Richard

Ditto on the table. And it looks like a fast-moving game – nice to see some armoured cars (my personal favourites) given a run.
For the blurry photos in low light have you tried changing the ISO to 400 or 800? Grainier picture but faster speed. A tripod, of course, is what you really want. I'm very glad yo see that you avoided the temptation to use a flash!

Thanks, Bill. I will try that next time. I have a tripod, but I just go with the flow when we have limited time and picture snapping is low priority.
At least I can't be accused of staging pictures.

Beautiful looking game.

That looks really nice. The contours and lay out of the of the board are excellent and appear very realistic.

What scale?

All my WWII games are in 6mm. The narrative mentions that also. I would recommend clicking on the description to get a better idea of the action and basic idea behind the scenarios. (Especially since I really hate going through and labelling all the pics-trying to remember what was going on)
Thanks for the comments.

Thanks for the headsup on narrative.
