Rafa, they are some great looking units, with some excellent brush work. I also love the color of La Tour d'Auvergnei Battalion. What colors did you use for the greens?

Regards, Bill

Disgustingly good as always! How long does it take you to do an infantry unit as above from start to finish????

Sorry to bump this, but how thick are the bases you've used here?

OK, so pioneers in 15/18mm scale have their shoulders showing crossed axes?

Hmmm. I have tried to do that in 28mm……….

But even more. The white leggings on the Guard Grenadiers. The different degrees of shading.

Read his book. I try to copy his examples. I stress try, but I am better than I was, following his advice. I have very long way to go yet. Respect

I really like the officer in the Spanish Lt. Inf. unit.

Also, the grenadier waving his bearskin. Reminds me of that painting (Friedland?) with Napoleon and Murat riding by the Grenadier Guards, and one guy in the second rank is waving his bearskin and apparently shouting at the emperor, because he and Murat are both turned in their saddles to look at him.

It would be great to be able to recreate that painting, but those grenadiers are at present arms, not marching.

AB are definitely the best in 15mm, especially since they incorporated pose variation in the sets.
