Can anyone direct me to where I can obtain a bunch of pre-cut figure bases sized 1" x 3/4" x 1/8". Thanks in advance.

Try Renaissance Ink. He definitely has 1" x 3/4" bases. I'm not sure of his thickness though so you'd need to check with him. I've ordered quite a bit from Jay and have found him great to work with.

I would cut my own from 1/8" basswood.
In fact, I cut almost ALL of my 28mm bases from basswood. Cheaper, and also I do not have to worry about them not being in stock.

I would cut my own from mount board.

I would cut my own from the bitter crystallized tears of my opponents.
In fact, I cut almost ALL of my bases from negative psychic energy. Even cheaper, and also I do not have to worry about them not being in stock.

Renassiance Ink gave me a great service…I use those wooden bases like a champ…probably used about 2000 or so 20mm x 20mm bases.

Before that I used the old GF9 wooden bases.
