Today on the blog I take a look at one of the space mats from GaleForce9. These are intended for use with "Star Wars X-wing", the dimensions are 3x3' which is the standard table size for that particular game. You could of course use this product for any other space wargame.

Too small for my purposes, but pretty. Probably could get something much cheaper and nearly as pretty from a sign-printing company, though.

Good review Anatoli.

$40 USD is a pretty good price for a vinyl, full color mat. I do large format printing at work and have printed mats for my own uses. I've done similar things using images from the JPL website but I like to print on sail cloth.

Nice image.

@Skrapwelder,

I envy your ability to do things like this at work. I looked around here in Sweden but there are very few print on demand locations that didn't charge x3 of what GF9 charges for their original space mats.
