"Only the most desperate circumstances could the Eldar force them to use something for them as repulsive as the sumac phantom hunters, and those who do, wear a blemish on her soul, which can not be easily extinguish. The Blood Red Hunters race across the sky, however, little more than indistinct blobs of color, and make the planes and destroy the enemy. They provide comprehensive air superiority and that the bulk of the enemy army is blind and slow" Using translator.

I really like the style and most of the design of this aircraft BUT with the wings at that ridiculous angle, how does it land? Where is the undercarriage? I assume that they are either launched from a rail or dock in space to board/exit but there must be times when it would need to land for fuel or something. If the wings were more horizontal, I'd be all over this like a tramp on chips but as it is, it is a bit too far out there for me.
You'll also need a big box to transport it once it is built. |

It has a built in Hover Landing Mechanism where it channels excess energy from the Warp to hold itself even when powered down. I made that up. |

It's not. But aerospace assets are conducive to extracting more money from GW fanbois. |

I do not have the GW rulebook on fliers, but it would be interesting to me to see if there are rules in it for an almost all air-combat-only battle (in like, what, an area about half a basketball court-sized?) Tempeting to make my own rules for it even if they did

@Mardaddy: buy a copy of Aeronautica Imperialis and some of the big stands from Corsec. Scan and print the AI maneuver cards at 500%. |
