Dreamblade Repainted

Hundvig Fezian is not a real big fan of pre-painted minis, and he positively despises randomly-packed "collectable" ones - so why is he writing this article?

Very nice!.

"The Special Edition Maelee Set features our mascot mechanic heroine poised atop a giant wrecked robot heap. She is swinging her trusty wrench in desperate melee against three attacking BdE robots. Maelee and her robot attackers are all cast in quality pewter. One BdE Bot is keyed to attach to the base and is posed as if flying apart. The scenic base is cast in resin and comes supplied with a premium style 50mm plastic base for diplay. The two other attacking BdE robots include 25mm plastic bases. Each set comes with a signed and numbered certificate. The sets will be limited to 750."

$50 USD is not to bad you get the robot base 4robots and Mealee(not sure if they have any stretch goals) But I bought in. (at least the completed their last kickstarter on time)

Will wait for a general release and EU retailer. Paying some 90$ (including taxes) for one set is a bit stiff.

I was ABSOLUTELY delighted with their first KICKSTARTER and so bought into this one….and getting stuff BEFORE it is released in 2014??? WOW! Since I can't possibly get to GENCON (though a friend might)….this is the best way for me to get those cool 'retro-ish' robots too!

As far as KS projects making their 'estimated deadlines'…..that's (usually) another subject entirely…as I'm STILL waiting for my Reaper and Assimilation: Alien Host to come in. But Reaper did send me an email to confirm my mailing address hasn't changed…so MAYBE????

Just as a point of order Bombshell did not deliver their first kickstarter on time. It was due in January 2013 and delivery did not start until April 2013. That being said, they did deliver and with a quality product.

Reaper has received all of its product at this time and shipping has resumed.
