Note: Rangers kill Wraithknights

Hit on 3+ and wounds on 4+

Plus they are cheap 5 for just 60 points.

Thing is with the Force Composition Chart you can only have a Max of just 6 troop choices along with Eldar units costing quite a bit you just might not have the points to buy them.

I really do want the Eldar to have a troop selection like the Imperial Guard.

Warlock as the Cdr and 2-5 Squads of Guardians with the max number in a Squad being 10. Then Heavy Support Sections with the costs for them being: Shurkien Cannon 100, Brightlance, Scatter Laser & Starcannon being 115 and Eldar Missile Launcher 145.

So one Troop choice could be:

Warlock
3 x Squads
1 x Heavy Support Section with three Scatter Lasers

Total number of models is 40 with 3 being Weapon Platforms.

Total points of it being 420 points

Good point on the wounding Wraithknights! It totally slipped my mind while writing this – stupid really as I play Dark Eldar so I'm used to Poisoned weapons.

Just waiting for when someone with Illic as a HQ's and they one shot it.

Though would require a "6" on the to wound roll but it will happen.

Many Eldar players will find that their opponents will adapt to them running with a Wraithknight and will find a way to kill quickly or ignore it.

A good Eldar player would not even run one of them because there are far better choices to have at Heavy Support.

Aw, man! But they look soooooooooooo cool!

True and against many of the Elite Armies out there they will do okay.

But against some it will die fast.
