What a "fun" site Phil! I just blew up LA several times and I am still safe in Long Beach.

Yeah, I remember reading that stuff when I was a kid and realizing I was screwed. Great bedtime reading for a youngster.

I tried everything and from where I'm working again next week and the only thing that will still hit my house is the big Russian bombs.

What a "fun" site Phil!

I agree! Though my preferred target for those games is NYC or Chicago…

I just blew up LA several times and I am still safe in Long Beach.

Too bad that didn't fix the traffic issues1 :P

That site is oddly (frighteningly?) enthralling, isn't it. It's interesting to see what the 100MT Tsarbomba would have done. That's like 1/4 of a state. (or all of a small one)

Drop the largest T-Bomba on Providence R.I. and R.I. ceases to exist. Same for Delaware or New Jersey. Darn glad we haven't gotten into a nuclear exchange.

Its really mind boggling how huge some of those bombs were. I imagine we could make them ten times bigger now if we wanted to.

Does anyone remember when the Russians were going to turn a whole battleship into a nuke?
