GLORY is a new grand-tactical set of ACW rules coming very soon.

Looks good. How long did the game take to play? You played 7 turns?

GLORY was the name copyrighted in 1984 (in the USA) as a skirmish combat system covering 1750-1910.
It was reprinted by a few companies in the 1980s and 1990s but I never pushed widespread distribution.

We did revise it for use with hex mats in 2005 keeping the same name. However we did not get a new copyright at that time.

So I am a little disappointed that you chose this name for your rules.

I may be wrong, but I do not believe you can copyright a name alone. The rules yes, but the title, no. Besides, there have been several rule sets and games with the same name over the years.
