TMP link They're from Defiance Games, which means most people won't buy them due to their poor track record. |

Got stung with the Marines and then the Germans, there is no third chance with me. |

I don't think these are a pre-order. They won't go on sale until they have some inventory is my understanding. |

Don't like the heads -AT ALL-
Luckily "heads" is the one thing I have PLENTY of after all the WGF and other plastic kits I've purchased
I just hope it's not like some other sets I've seen where I end up with a half dozen "spare" sets of legs (and three to five times as many sets of arms) that would have been better served with a few more torsos to boost the number of troopers
The other two packs are "regulars" and units of 20 figures
these are "irregulars" and supposedly use numerical superiority to offset any drawbacks in training or equipment
yet the boxed set is the same size. Haven't purchased any Defiance figures yet, but I've looked at the Germans and the new truck/jeep things for a while
Waiting patiently for the "egg suits" and the german "mech" |

As I asked in the other thread
.hard plastic or resin-plastic, if they are hard plastic and I can find some in stock I'll buy a few. |

I'm pretty sure Defiance ISNT going to make any more hard plastic sets earl these are the same price to fig ratio as their plastic resin germans not a huge fan of them, and I guess its fully confirmed the roadmap from last year is torn up to shreds (it said there was going to be the female marines, eggshell armor, and heavy weapons. While now we have been previewed worms, the chinese, the walker, and the sci fi jeep) honest to god I wonder just how these people are holding on. Their marines arent half bad mind you imo, but everything else they're doing just rubs me the wrong way. I'd sooner trust another KS than these blokes unless it was via 3rd party distribution |

It's a shame they abandoned hard plastic, it's the ability to combine different plastic sets that has always been a big part of why I buy hard plastic sets
..working with resin-plastic is much more of a chore, than hard plastic as well. I've spent the last couple of days sticking my fingers together as I combined the mantic corporation troopers with plastic parts from the marines to make scouts and put the mobile infantry together. Wargames Factory could very easily swoop in and steal any interest I have in Defiance Games stuff with some mid-tech infantry and powered infantry sets (both old submissions). |
